I provide Longevity Coaching to Executive Teams of two or more individuals.
A highly-functional Executive Team is a very important asset to a business. Unplanned changes to the team, or reduction in function of the team can be expensive or disastrous.
It's not uncommon for some or all of the members of the Executive Team to be advanced in age (50+). Individual members of the team may be at differing degrees of risk for health related issues or the need to retire earlier than planned.
An Executive Team Longevity Coach can help the team by creating and then coordinating their individual longevity journeys. Each member of the team can be supported not only by their personal longevity resources and commitment, but also by the resources and commitment of the other team members, and the business that they lead.
